Part of the plan for Wellstone City from its inception was to have it be a player mutatable setting, which means it’s fleshed out enough to run any thing you wish in it and let you populate it with your own locations and people. However, there are almost 2 dozen locations and some important NPCs included in the Setting book, on top of the 14 boroughs.
But, to be completely honest with you, I live in a town of 11,000 people and not including Minneapolis, MN or Omaha, NE I have never been in a city with over 200,000 people for longer than 48 hours. If I had populated the city completely it just would have felt forced, fake, and killed some of the fun.
With that in mind, players (and GMs, because hey, they’re playing too) are encouraged to send in their locations, people, and ideas for what they put into Wellstone City. So this will become the official locations around Wellstone thread for all you Savages. So submit! Get credited for what you include, and share it with everyone so they can enrich their Wellstone Experience!
