2016 was a very quiet year for us. After our big year in 2014 with all the conventions we went to, products we released, and Kickstarters we ran, 2015 faltered, and 2016 saw us on life support until the last quarter of the year.
2017 is already shaping up to be a great year for the Gryphon. Here’s a little of what we have planned.
The fulfillment of the Æthermancy Kickstarter is probably the most important of our deliverables this year. We want to make sure that our promise is met, and that our most gorgeous Æther supplement to date reaches our backers. That’s happening in 2017, and we’ll keep you updated on its progress more frequently than in 2016.
Ingenium Second Edition is the next big release of the year. After it faltered in 2014, we want to make sure that Ingenium has a proper return to the fold. Last week we announced that it was coming. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be posting about how we’re progressing with this book and the new things you can look forward to in it.
We’re still working out the details of our convention schedule for 2017. We’ll be visiting a few of them this year, but we may not have a booth at many. Our focus is going to be on releasing products that have been in the queue for awhile.
Our website is going to see a major redesign. While the current design has served us well for the past nine years, it’s time for a change. The new design will be much more mobile-friendly and easier to read. We plan on writing longer content for the website in the future.
Finally, we want to get back in touch with our community. Our social media presence is going to ramp up a bit as we get to know you again and renew old friendships. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
